MMSA 2018 Proxy
For Section Members

The Executive Committee has agreed to hold the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Society during the SME Annual Meeting in Minneapolis MN. The meeting will commence at 5:15 P.M. on Monday February 26, 2018 at the Hilton Minneapolis, Marquette 8 room.

Members who will not be able to attend the annual meeting are encouraged to execute and return this Proxy/Ballot as a quorum is required for officially conducting business at the meeting.

If you do not expect to attend, please mark the following Proxy form, and click on the Submit button below.

The meeting will receive reports of the Secretary and Treasurer, and such other matters as may properly be brought before the membership. According to the requirements of the Constitution, one-fifth of the membership must be present in person or by proxy in order to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

It is, therefore, most important that you execute and return this notice at the very latest by February 20, 2018.
